Feel Toscana offers shipping services for custom perfume re-orders created during our workshops. Due to the personalized nature of our fragrances and Italian/EU shipping regulations for cosmetic products containing alcohol, please review the following important information before placing your re-order.

1. Available Products for Shipping
1.1 Custom Perfume Re-orders
  • 30ml bottle: Your personalized fragrance in a 30ml spray bottle

  • 50ml bottle: Your personalized fragrance in a 50ml spray bottle

  • Packaging: Each bottle comes in protective packaging with your personalized fragrance formula documentation

1.2 Product Classification

Our custom perfumes are classified as cosmetic products under EU Regulation 1223/2009 and contain ethanol (alcohol), making them subject to specific shipping regulations for flammable liquids.

2. Shipping Zones and Delivery Times
2.1 Domestic Shipping (Italy)

Standard Delivery (Poste Italiane)

  • Delivery Time: 4-6 working days

  • Cost: €9.90 for orders up to €50, FREE for orders over €50

  • Coverage: All mainland Italy and major islands (Sicily, Sardinia)

Express Delivery (Poste Italiane Express)

  • Delivery Time: 1-2 working days

  • Cost: €15.90

  • Coverage: Major Italian cities and metropolitan areas

  • Features: Tracking included, signature required

2.2 European Union Shipping

Standard EU Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 10-15 working days

  • Cost: €24.90 for all EU destinations

  • Coverage: All EU member states (excluding special territories)

  • Method: Poste Delivery Europe service

Express EU Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 3-5 working days

  • Cost: €39.90

  • Coverage: Major EU cities (Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria)

2.3 International Shipping (Non-EU)

Limited International Service

  • Delivery Time: 15-25 working days (excluding customs clearance)

  • Cost: €45.90 + potential customs duties and taxes

3. Shipping Restrictions and Regulations
3.1 Perfume Shipping Compliance

Our custom perfumes comply with EU Cosmetics Regulation (EUCR) 1223/2009 and are shipped as Limited Quantity items under UN1266 classification for perfumery products containing alcohol.

3.2 Countries with Shipping Restrictions

Due to strict customs regulations for alcohol-containing cosmetics, we cannot ship to:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Australia

  • Japan

  • Russia

  • Middle East countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc.)

  • Some Asian countries with alcohol import restrictions

3.3 Age Restrictions
  • Recipients must be 18 years or older for perfume deliveries

  • Valid ID may be required upon delivery

  • Third-party delivery requires written authorization

4. Packaging and Safety
4.1 Professional Packaging Standards

All perfume orders are packaged according to UN-certified standards for shipping flammable liquids:

Primary Protection:

  • Each bottle sealed in leak-proof plastic bag

  • Bubble wrap cushioning with minimum 3-inch protection on all sides

  • Absorbent material surrounding bottle (vermiculite/absorbent pads)

Secondary Protection:

  • Double-walled corrugated cardboard box

  • Additional void fill to prevent movement

  • "This Way Up" orientation arrows

  • "Fragile" and "Flammable Liquid" labels as required

4.2 Temperature Protection
  • Perfumes are sensitive to extreme temperatures

  • Summer shipping (June-August) may include insulated packaging

  • Delivery refused in temperatures above 35°C or below -5°C

5. Delivery Process and Requirements
5.1 Delivery Confirmation
  • Signature Required: All perfume deliveries require adult signature (18+)

  • ID Verification: May be requested for alcohol-containing products

  • Safe Place: Cannot be left in safe places due to fragrance value and regulations

5.2 Delivery Attempts
  • First Attempt: Standard delivery to provided address

  • Second Attempt: Following working day if first attempt unsuccessful

  • Collection Point: After 2 failed attempts, held at local post office for 10 working days

  • Return Policy: Uncollected items returned to sender after 10 days

5.3 Address Requirements

Complete Address Information Required:

  • Full recipient name (matching ID)

  • Complete street address with house/apartment number

  • Postal code and city

  • Phone number for delivery contact

  • Special delivery instructions (building access codes, etc.)

6. Customs and Documentation
6.1 EU Shipments
  • No additional customs duties within EU

  • VAT included in shipping price (22% Italian VAT)

  • Customs declaration automatically generated for perfume products

6.2 Non-EU Shipments (Where Available)
  • Customs declaration completed for all international orders

  • Product Classification: Perfumery products containing alcohol (HS Code 3303.00)

  • Customer Responsibility: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees in destination country

  • Documentation: Certificate of cosmetic compliance provided if required

7. Order Processing and Fulfillment
7.1 Production Timeline
  • Formula Recreation: 24-48 hours to recreate your personalized formula

  • Quality Control: All re-orders undergo scent verification process

  • Packaging: Professional packaging and labeling (1-2 working days)

  • Dispatch: Orders typically dispatched within 3-5 working days

7.2 Order Tracking
  • Tracking Number: Provided via email when order ships

  • Live Tracking: Available on Poste Italiane website and mobile app

  • Delivery Updates: SMS and email notifications at key delivery milestones

  • Customer Support: Available for tracking inquiries during business hours

8. Delivery Issues and Resolution
