Returns
You may return your unused and unopened perfume kits within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring it is unused and unopened.
Ship the item back to us at Borgo S. Frediano, 131r, 50124 Firenze FI, Italy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfumes due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds
