Back to school perfume guide

September is here — and with it, school starts again! 📚 But… what perfume should we (or our kids!) wear to school? Let me give you my quick (and maybe a little cheeky 😇) guide:
👧 Kids under 7–8 years → You won’t like this answer, but… NONE! Little ones really don’t need perfume every day. Of course, if your princess is going to a birthday party, suddenly becomes a “big girl” in heels and lipstick, then yes — a tiny touch of a powdery or citrusy scent is fine. But just a whisper!

🧑🦱 Teenagers → Here’s where perfume starts showing up everywhere. Not always because they love it, but… because hormones = sweat 😅. My advice?
For boys: sandalwood, fresh aromatic, or citrusy aquatic notes.
For girls: fruity-sweet is always a hit — vanilla, musk, peach, passion fruit.
💃 Young adults (18+) → Ah, the dating years… Here it’s usually fashion that decides, not parents. The real issue? Quantity! Too much is never sexy. A good trick I share: “If your whole body smells of perfume, and you kiss someone’s neck… trust me, it doesn’t taste nice!” 🤭
These days, dating perfumes often have oriental, smoky, oud, or tonka bean vibes — mixed beautifully with vanilla, woods, or a little floral touch. For boys AND girls.
So here’s my quick back-to-school “scent guide” for parents and kids alike. If you liked it, drop me a like ❤️ or share your own experience with me — I love reading your stories!
With love and a big smile,Silvia 🌸
